Estabulo Rodizio Bar & Grill
Estabulo Rodizio Bar & Grill are a multi-site Brazilian restaurant chain offering an authentic Brazilian styled dining experience. They reached out to us for assistance in managing a disciplinary matter with a member of their management team. This was particularly complex as there was an issue of long term absences involved. Keen to ensure the process was conducted correctly and fairly, they contacted Hospitality Associates for guidance.
The Solution And The Outcome.
Hospitality Associates' Senior Human Resources Consultant helped Estabulo develop a disciplinary and sickness absence procedure whilst managing the ongoing issue that had presented itself.

The ultimate goal was to not just manage the existing issue, but to put safeguards, initiatives and training in place to mitigate against such an issue happening again. With our help, Estabulo correctly managed the disciplinary and long-term absence issue, we also provide quarterly HR training to their General Managers and we have updated all of their policies ensuring that they are up to date and in line with ACAS guidelines. They also have the added benefit of retaining Hospitality Associates as their outsourced HR Consultants to mitigate against future HR issues arising.
